Cancellation Before Execution: Users may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided the seller has not yet started processing the order. Cancellation should be done by contacting the platform’s customer service.
Cancellation After Execution Has Started: Once the seller has begun processing the order, cancellation is only allowed in exceptional cases and requires approval from both the seller and the platform. Cancellation in this stage may incur administrative fees or result in a partial refund.
Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability: If it is found that the product is unavailable after the order has been placed, Sit Habayib will promptly notify the user. The order will then be canceled, and the full payment will be refunded to the user.
Refunds Upon Cancellation: When an order cancellation is accepted, the payment will be refunded via the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days. Please note that actual refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider’s procedures.
Cancellation by the Seller: The seller reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as product unavailability or unforeseen events beyond their control. In such cases, the user will be notified immediately, and the full amount paid will be refunded without any deductions.
