Refund Policy

Sit Habayib is committed to applying a fair return policy that complies with the laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman, especially regarding consumer rights.

Payments are only refundable in specific cases according to the return policy applicable in Oman, which include the following:
  1. Failure to receive the product within the agreed-upon timeframe without an acceptable justification from the seller.
  2. Receiving a damaged or unfit-for-consumption product.
  3. The product violating health and safety standards enforced in Oman.
  4. A significant discrepancy between the product ordered via Sit Habayib and the product received (such as differences in type, quantity, or meal ingredients).
Users must submit a clear and supported complaint (including photos or videos if possible) within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the product, either through the complaints feature on the platform or by contacting the support team.

The complaint will be evaluated and its details verified in cooperation with the seller. If the complaint is confirmed, one of the following actions will be taken:
  1. Refund of the amount paid to the user within no more than 7 working days.
  2. Or, based on an agreement with the user, sending a replacement product.
  3. Return or refund requests for any reasons outside the above cases, such as user dissatisfaction with taste or expected quantity, will not be accepted unless the product is found to be inconsistent with the description displayed on the platform.
